How is this not getting through to anyone?

American Civil Liberties Union, I am American, born and raised.  Typical, nothing special, though infinitely above average.  I have lived my life unassumingly, causing no harm to anyone, ever, expecting nothing aside from what I have earned.  I do not feel that I am entitled to anything I have not compensated for by contributing to an environment/community beneficial to all members of society.  According to presentation of ACLU's purpose, I believe myself to be an individual that should be receiving their assistance, in the form of defense against everything they claim to stand to protect people from, in the name of human decency.  I am unaware of anything that excludes me from the entity described as American citizens.  If protecting the rights and liberties of American citizens is the goal, my rights and liberties are included, and they are deviantly being denied with the use of justice. Nothing Without Strings Attached...Deflecting Psychopathic Manipulation

This started as notes for Nelson Hearing to rid myself of malicious misrepresentation of public pretender.  The personal observations turned into something more.  Informative, possibly (hopefully) inspiring for someone else suffering the abuse of a monster.... they are so very prevalent these last days.  The conclusion I have reached is that they can be attributed to prescription medication.... opiates, benzos, methadone, and recommendation to pregnant women to continue the use of them.  I discovered by accident three years ago that the use of methadone by pregnant women goes back twenty-five years.  Indicating that babies have been addicted from inutero that far back.  Burdensome knowledge I would have preferred to live without, more so when you combine it with the revelation I shared in my blog Given No Choice, Did They Ever Have a Chance?  Off topic... the following is just more observations based on personal experience.  Some folks woul...

_________________ _________________ _________________            Friday January 13, 2017     Florida Bar case #2016-00,670(1A) _____________________ _____________________ _____________________ _____________________ _____________________ Salutations,      To whom it may concern.   I received notification that the case in reference was being closed.  An attempt to persuade me that continued disciplinary proceedings were inappropriate due to insufficient evidence that Mr. Brooks has violated any of the rules adopted by the Supreme Court of Florida.  Florida on what planet?  Bar Counsel, Olivia Paiva Klien began the notification by pretending that "All documents submitted in this matter had been carefully reviewed", most assuredly it was not by Miss Klien.  What followed was a partial summary that was so biased towards Mr. Brooks, it is evident that his documents were reviewed.   However t...
