Without Jesus, I would not have survived!

My understanding of legal proceedings, though it is limited, is that the judge is supposed to be an impartial, neutral party.  I never got the impression that it was a team sport.  There is the prosecution representing the plaintiff, in this case the plaintiff is the State of Florida.  Then ideally, there is the defendant, in this case, myself and supposedly effective counsel, which in fact has continuously been grossly misrepresented.  There has been a repeating cycle of counsel assigned, however the documentation is reflecting tremendous discrepancies regarding dates and plea agreements and everything really, the efforts of individuals within the legal community to manipulate and sabotage this process have been extraordinary. When decency still existed, appreciation for demonstrated character.  Concrete events, factual statements, legitimate credibility. The following was originally documented July 23, 2016.  I'm sure it has been sent several places, to numerous agencies... Israel scouts from Tzofim Movement laid the sod of my Habitat for Humanity house.  My children participated as well.  I was so proud that they were privileged with that experience.  In appreciation of my partnership with Habitat, I authored a testimony, delivered as a speech, and allowed them to use it to obtain NSP grant in 2010.  My daughter contributed artwork that provided capitol as a Christmas ornament given in exchange for $25 donation. NSP provided resources for 320 homes to be built...What an honor, that my struggles and achievements, expressed with my talent and knowledge of words, and my skill and grace of expression resulted in the benefit of so many families.  And allowed Habitat to expand.  My daughter, who was 7 at the time, was elated over her artwork being admired to such a degree. The following is testimony documented separately on several different occasions, compiled into one statement.  I, Stacey Sade, under penalty of perjury, declare the following facts are true and correct, and supported by documented evidence.  There may be some statements of theory, based on evidence and experience, and hardly ever incorrect.  The first few are not dated, I would guess they were written in late 2015. I am one person.  A single mother about to turn 40.  I am unarmed, I've never owned a gun.  Just never wanted to take the chance of an accident with my children.  Until we were able to get educated on gun safety together, it was not a risk I was willing to take. I cannot understand why it was necessary, and apparently acceptable, for the Santa Rosa County sheriff's Dept. to manipulate the entire criminal process and proceedings to criminalize and prosecute me.  Even stooping so low as to psychologically manipulate and intimidate my children.  It is unbelievable

This started as notes for Nelson Hearing to rid myself of malicious misrepresentation of public pretender.  The personal observations turned into something more.  Informative, possibly (hopefully) inspiring for someone else suffering the abuse of a monster.... they are so very prevalent these last days.  The conclusion I have reached is that they can be attributed to prescription medication.... opiates, benzos, methadone, and recommendation to pregnant women to continue the use of them.  I discovered by accident three years ago that the use of methadone by pregnant women goes back twenty-five years.  Indicating that babies have been addicted from inutero that far back.  Burdensome knowledge I would have preferred to live without, more so when you combine it with the revelation I shared in my blog Given No Choice, Did They Ever Have a Chance?  Off topic... the following is just more observations based on personal experience.  Some folks would probably consider it paranoid delusio

I have to be honest, I am writing this to share some very burdensome knowledge.  Too great a burden for me to bear alone.  Just some experience that came together in my mind, unfortunately. Twenty five years ago I was close friends with a lady who worked at an office through a temp agency.  One day she was offered a full time position with the office and eliminate the temp agency.  I'm sure the position included a larger salary.  She was very excited, but nervous.  She was required to pass a drug test, twenty five years ago, for a job....  My friend smoked weed.  Not a heroin addict, just eased anxiety with a natural herb that grows from a seed. At that time her daughter was six or seven years old.  My friend used her daughter's urine in order to pass the drug test... for a job, twenty five years ago. The lab result was satisfactory in regards to no drugs being present.  However it had recognized that the urine sample was not that of an adult.  The test performed was

Baer has a field trip today. My son, the most magnificent young man on the planet. They are going to the marine center on Navarre Beach, a super cool destination for all.
