I was detained in Santa Rosa County jail, Milton, Fl from June 23, 2015 until October 21, 2015.  On August 5, 2015 while under protective custody, in solitary confinement at my request to protect a preexisting open wound, during my one hour out of my cell, male inmates housed in sex offender dorm were provided access to violate me by means of a connecting door left unlocked.  At least four male sex offenders watched me in the shower, made disturbing comments, attempted to come through the door.   Attached is a copy of the form I was given to complete by Captain Stearns when I requested the opportunity to press charges upon receiving the information that zero tolerance facility was taking no action.  Also attached is correspondence between myself and facility personnel regarding this incident and further exposure to these individuals, despite facilities claim of zero tolerance.  I am quite certain this incident was in retaliation and attemp...

Just more for the record, an accounting of events as they occurred. In reference to the statement made by Captain Gehringer regarding housing and my status (medical/psychological) in suicide watch. In fact, her statement is both inaccurate and a HIPAA violation of my privacy. A statement I am quite certain, was made in malicious satisfaction with willful, criminal retaliation, which resulted in great bodily harm and permanent disfigurement. I had repeatedly requested to be returned to Q dorm (solitary confinement) in order to minimize further exposure and potential for transmission of HIV and Hepatitis. Also, in fact, to have kept me in general population with an infected open puncture wound was a violation of OSHA standards. This started as notes for Nelson Hearing to rid myself of malicious misrepresentation of public pretender.  The personal observations turned into something more.  Informative, possibly (hopefully) inspiring for someone else suffering the abuse of a monster.... they are so very prevalent these last days.  The conclusion I have reached is that they can be attributed to prescription medication.... opiates, benzos, methadone, and recommendation to pregnant women to continue the use of them.  I discovered by accident three years ago that the use of methadone by pregnant women goes back twenty-five years.  Indicating that babies have been addicted from inutero that far back.  Burdensome knowledge I would have preferred to live without, more so when you combine it with the revelation I shared in my blog Given No Choice, Did They Ever Have a Chance?  Off topic... the following is just more observations based on personal experience.  Some folks woul...
