For the record, and I will ow this with an email, this information that you have printed and broadcast in my name is EVIDENTLY false. My case has been closed after two years of prosecutorial misconduct due to lack of evidence. The assassination of my character that was promoted by this newspaper is just as sadistic as the failure to report the factual information of my case.

How is this not getting through to anyone?

American Civil Liberties Union, I am American, born and raised.  Typical, nothing special, though infinitely above average.  I have lived my life unassumingly, causing no harm to anyone, ever, expecting nothing aside from what I have earned.  I do not feel that I am entitled to anything I have not compensated for by contributing to an environment/community beneficial to all members of society.  According to presentation of ACLU's purpose, I believe myself to be an individual that should be receiving their assistance, in the form of defense against everything they claim to stand to protect people from, in the name of human decency.  I am unaware of anything that excludes me from the entity described as American citizens.  If protecting the rights and liberties of American citizens is the goal, my rights and liberties are included, and they are deviantly being denied with the use of justice. "Worm" Rediscovered some writings from my most recent false imprisonment when probation was violated by Officer Smith, with the use of illegitimate form to create false positive urinalysis. Collection facility Xed out because it is the same as the "employer" listed... DOC Temperature must be recorded within 4 minutes of collection... yea that's blank too. June 24, 2015 Friday And here I am again.  Yesterday was the anniversary of when I was originally arrested.  I had video arraignment before Judge Simon (the judge that took my house).  Amusingly, he set my court date for July 14 (the anniversary of when he took my house).  The irony did not escape me.  It means another three weeks here, my confidence in a public defender doing anything for me is nonexistent.  My expectation is more ineffective counsel.
